Lake Mburo National Park is the smallest game park in Uganda and features several animal species. The park hosts over sixty unique species of mammals, such as antelopes (Topis, Elands, Impalas, Reedbucks, Deffassa Waterbucks, and Oribis), hyenas, zebras, buffaloes, warthogs, hippos, and recently relocated giraffes, creating a harmonious ecosystem that captivates visitors with its natural beauty.
Beyond its terrestrial inhabitants, Lake Mburo National Park is also a vibrant habitat for various bird species. With an impressive count of 350 species, the park is a paradise for bird enthusiasts, featuring water birds, forest dwellers, and savanna birds.
