Kaitesi Maureen is the Managing Director of Samora Africa Safaris. She is passionate about travel and committed to delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences.

Her love for nature and wildlife began during secondary school field trips across Uganda. These experiences introduced her to diverse landscapes, wildlife, and new people.

Born just a few kilometers from Kampala City and educated in urban schools, Kaitesi always looked forward to these excursions. They sparked her curiosity and passion for exploration.

After university, Kaitesi spent many weekends travelling across Uganda. Exploring its natural wonders deepened her appreciation for the country and inspired her to co-found Samora Africa Safaris.

Through the company, she aims to share the beauty of the region with travellers from around the world, helping them experience its landscapes, wildlife, and rich natural and cultural heritage.
